At Dr. Lymph, we stand behind our product and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because results vary from person to person, some customers notice changes within the first week, while others may need a couple of months of consistent use before seeing their desired results. For that reason, if you do not see the results you hoped for right away, we strongly encourage you to continue using the product consistently for at least 2–3 months before requesting a refund.
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Requests submitted after 30 days from purchase are not eligible for a refund.
- Only original purchases made directly through drlymph.com are eligible. Orders placed through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are not covered.
2. Opened Bottles Cannot Be Returned
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons:
- Opened bottles cannot be returned.
- We do not accept physical returns of opened products.
- Please do not ship opened bottles back to us unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
3. Results Vary by Individual
Dr. Lymph is designed to support lymphatic flow, fluid balance, and a lighter, less puffy feeling, but results are not the same for everyone.
- Some customers report noticeable changes within the first week.
- Others may only begin to see meaningful results after several weeks or a couple of months of daily use.
- If you have not yet seen your desired results, we recommend continuing daily use for at least 2–3 months, as consistency is important.
4. Valid Reasons for a Refund
A refund request must include a genuine and honest reason for dissatisfaction.
Examples may include:
- You used the product consistently and did not feel it was the right fit for you
- You were dissatisfied with your experience for a legitimate reason
- You experienced an issue with your order or product
All refund requests are reviewed individually, and approval is at the sole discretion of Dr. Lymph.

- Abuse of this policy, including fraudulent claims or repeated refund requests, may result in permanent ineligibility for future refunds
