At Dr. Lymph, we believe your wellness routine should start smoothly; that's why we cover the cost of shipping every order. Every order is packed with care, so your Lymphatic Drainage Drops arrive fresh, sealed, and ready to become part of your daily routine.
1. Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day
- During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended

United Kingdom

Europe
Estimated delivery time after shipment: 11–14 business days

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
3. Order Tracking & Shipping Notifications
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
- Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment
- If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will be happy to assist
- Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see your shipping confirmation email
4. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated shipping windows, some delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Dr. Lymph is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions or service interruptions
- Severe weather or natural events
- Customs clearance or import processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout
- High seasonal shipping volume
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Dr. Lymph is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@drlymph.com, and we will do our best to help before the order is dispatched.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact our support team at info@drlymph.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged package or product, if applicable
We will review the issue and work with you on the best possible resolution.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s rules and regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
